Tired of Doing It All? This Event Will Change Your Mindset

Why March 5th Might Be the Best Night of Your Year

Moms, You Deserve a Break—And Here’s Where to Get One

Motherhood is a nonstop marathon—work, kids, laundry, repeat. Somewhere in the chaos, self-care takes a backseat. Enter Mom Calm, a no-nonsense, self-care workshop designed for moms who are tired of running on empty.

Happening Wednesday, March 5, from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the BCC Women’s Lounge, this event is led by Trish Heitz, NBC-HWC, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

This isn’t your standard “treat yourself” talk. Mom Calm tackles the deeper beliefs that make moms feel like they have to do it all—at the expense of their own well-being. Attendees will learn practical strategies to integrate self-care into daily life, build confidence in prioritizing themselves without guilt, and connect with a supportive community of other moms.
