Tired of Doing It All? This Event Will Change Your Mindset

Why March 5th Might Be the Best Night of Your Year

Moms, You Deserve a Break—And Here’s Where to Get One

Motherhood is a nonstop marathon—work, kids, laundry, repeat. Somewhere in the chaos, self-care takes a backseat. Enter Mom Calm, a no-nonsense, self-care workshop designed for moms who are tired of running on empty.

Happening Wednesday, March 5, from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at the BCC Women’s Lounge, this event is led by Trish Heitz, NBC-HWC, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

This isn’t your standard ā€œtreat yourselfā€ talk. Mom Calm tackles the deeper beliefs that make moms feel like they have to do it all—at the expense of their own well-being. Attendees will learn practical strategies to integrate self-care into daily life, build confidence in prioritizing themselves without guilt, and connect with a supportive community of other moms.
