The room at Ballantyne Country Club filled up on Thursday, and by now that is the pattern.
Stroll Into Wellness ran from 6 to 8 p.m. on September 3 in the club's Stephenson Room, free and open to all, as promised when we previewed it. It follows Sip and Stroll on the club's event lawn in May, and the formula does not change: one room, local businesses, no ticket price.
Tables lined the walls and a violinist played. The Glow Up Laser Spa and Dermani came for the skin and beauty side, King Tut Chiropractic for the aches, Bonded Charlotte with its permanent jewelry and Taste Bud Kitchens with the healthy cooking. Haus Haven Collective had the table on making a house safer to grow old in. The music, raffles and cash bar announced back in August were all where they were supposed to be.
